NEW Teen Bootcamp

Teenagers need one hour of physical activity each day to maintain physical and mental wellbeing. Unfortunately our youth are becoming more sedentary which makes them more vulnerable to lifestyle disease and mental health issues. To support our local youth in becoming healthier Tonic are offering a class to helpteens develop confidence in their physical ability through modified boot camp/circuit style classes. The classes will incorporate strength and cardio vascular conditioning along with some flexibility and balance. The class will be structured and supervised by a highly experienced trainer with over 16 years of industry experience, including children and adolescent qualifications and current working with children check.

Cost $10 per session for non-members. Free to current member

Bec, Cassie and Ella's yoga classes will focus on learning the basic yoga poses, which will help deepen awareness of the body and understanding of alignment principles. On top of increasing flexibility and balance, you will explore breathing and relaxation techniques which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and stress-free!

Metafit is a high intensity interval training class designed to set your metabolism on FIRE! It caters for all levels of fitness and abilities with the instructor guiding you through a large range of body-weight exercises. The classes only run for half an hour and that's just about all you need. Get in and try it now!!


Use resistance training methods to gain strength, symmetry and sculpt in this 45 Minute class. Barbells, hand weights, balls and band are some of the tools used to work you from head to toe and boost your metabolism into a fat burning frenzy

Combining dynamic and passive exercises that enhance core strength, flexibility and mental concentration. Performed barefoot with your body as your only equipment - loads of fun! All fitness levels are welcome.

Bar Sculpt
Strength and endurance barbell workout. Choreographed by our very own trainers, each track targeting a different muscle group. This work out will have you trim and toned in no time!

Tonic Cycle is a fun, exhilarating cardio workout. Enjoy the many benefits of indoor cycle while having a blast in a lively atmosphere set to great motivating music. No experience necessary.

Express Cycle
For all levels of fitness to improve cardiovascular fitness and tone. In this class the instructor will set up your bike to suit your biomechanics. Short and sharp indoor cycling - 45 Minutes

Kathy will lead you through a fantastic mat Pilates class with a focus on abdominal and lower back muscles whilst maintaining a neutral spine. Pilates promotes postural control, flexbility and balance.

Incorporating the use of Kettlebells, Olympic Rings, Tyres, Ropes and much more. It's Bootcamp indoors, suited to all fitness levels. Exercises are scaled to individual needs. Improves agility, co-ordination, strength endurance and the cardiovascular system.

This class will have you working on core movements focussing on function and form.  Jen will have you working the transverse and rectus abdomens, internal and external obliques, multifidus, erector spinae and the gluteals in a range of dynamic movements. Get strong, toned and looking your best in a class for all fitness levels.

Tummy, Hips & Thighs (THT)
The name tells it like it is...
Sculpt those troublesome areas. 30 mins of lower body work to have you feeling taught for summer.

Step Fit
Straight, strong moves on the step to boost your fitness and blitz your thighs and butt. Options to suit all fitness levels

Body Tone
Strength based training to build powerful, lean muscles and achieve overall body tone. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Incorporates bar, free weights & body weight.

Core Strength
This is a half hour strength class focussing on Abs, butts and Thighs. Modifications to suit all ages and abilities.

Cardio Box
Grab a partner, some boxing gloves, focus pads and get punching for a hardcore total body workout.

Circuit and Express Circuit
Enhance your cardio fitness and muscle endurance. Work out at each aerobic or strength station for the time specified by your instructor.

Core Assets
A strong core plays a massive role in Injury prevention, enhanced sports performance and looks great too!
This workout focuses on core strength, stability, balance, improved posture and more!

Every class is something different and you never know what you're going to get because it's a surprise! A
full body workout combining cardio, strength and mobility suitable for ALL fitness levels and abilities.

Invented by Japanese Physician and Researcher this workout is based on 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest intervals. Raises the heart rate immediately - used both for cardio, strength and toning. Suitable for all levels.  

Junior Squash
A range of games and drills to increase squash skill, speed, agility and confidence. Ages 5 - 14

Discover Squash
Squash is a great fitness program that will not only burn calories but will give you a total body workout too!
Have you always wanted to try squash but never known where to start? Tonic's Discover Squash is the perfect place to start. The program runs every Wednesday night and will teach you the basic rules and skills of the game. Our squash coach will show you all of the shots you need to learn to be on your way to playing your first match.

Tonic Tots
Fun for the little ones while mum, dad or both hit the gym. The tots will play games, read books and generally have an absolute ball! For ages 2 - 5.
